About Foraged&Found,

-Foraged&Found- Jazpyer(they/them) uses a mix of words and colors to create a Brave Space within mixed media. Their process and approach to art is very much a playful one - seeing what works, and what doesn’t, on a canvas or card. What Jazpyer enjoys about mixed media most is the “low stake” atmosphere of the creation- if it doesn’t work, that’s okay! Junk journaling has been a wonderful outlet for them, and they’re also excited to offer kits for others to learn about junk journaling and playful creation! Atlas Acres is Jazpyer’s heart project; an Indigenous plant conservation that is always changing. Starting as an aspiring hobby farm, four years ago, the vision has shifted to cultivating a space where the land is in a constant space of “re-wilding.” Jazpyer is excited to offer seeds that are harvested from the meadow restoration this year! -Ella Potts- Barbara’s (she/her) passion for creation started on the beach, when she was a child sculpting sand castles. From there, she pursued clay classes, and as an adult took time to broaden her understanding of the medium. Finding studios in Damariscotta, and ranging to Portland, she feels this has offered her a unique insight to not only herself but her approach to clay. She loves mix matching creatures, and enmeshes them into beings with their own “tails” to tell. This is her first gallery and is very excited to share her creations with the world!
