About Susan
Inspired by a childhood on Cape Cod, the sea & a vibrant community of ever-present artists, painting came as a natural path. Self-taught, I developed an intuitive approach to capturing atmosphere & form. My work centers on seascapes & landscapes, capturing the shifting moods of water, sky, & terrain . My practice extends to portraiture, still life, & abstraction. I continue to explore form, color, and composition, creating work that reflects a personal response & sense of place.
